In this project, we help BPOM Indonesia improving their public services by building a reporting system for 3 kinds of report. They’re Whistleblowing system (WBS), gratification, and a report for conflict of interest between BPOM officer when carrying their duty.
The system helps people by providing a good experience in creating a report and all the necessary information about reporting process. People also can monitor where their report is currently on the pipeline of reporting process.
